Marvel’s new gay Spider Edge of Spider-Verse comic writer Steve Foxe took to Twitter earlier in June to reveal -Weaver, a brand-new Spider-Man variant who also happens to be the first LGBTQ+ Wall-Crawler in Marvel Comics.

Meet WEB WEAVER Marvel Marvel Comics’ universe-hopping Edge of Spider-Verse #5, which hits stores in September, will feature three new metaverse versions of Spider-Man — including the beloved character’s first gay incarnation, known as -Weaver.
